Intermediates- Speed-ups and Counterattacks

We will work on when we should speed up the ball including out of the air and off the bounce at the kitchen, includes form and where to direct it. Timing is key! How and when to counter these will be implemented as well as a game to focus on these skills. Max 6, min 3 students, $30 each.
