Advanced Beginner- Low Intermediate- Keep it in, but with Power!

The keys: short swing, controlled body movement, footwork. Work on attacks from the kitchen line, forehands/backhands power shots. Includes form, footwork, & the why's. 45 min of drill/instruction & 30 min of playing a game type scenario or game to implement. $30 per student. Min 3/Max 6 students
