Learn how to take the ball out of the air with a forehand overhead smash when someone lobs you. Also, how to run a lob down with correct footwork to prevent injury and get the ball back over while working on your lobs too! Worst way to move on the court= back pedaling! Min-3 and max 6. $30 each
